Sales back office

Location: Essex, UK.

We are currently seeking experienced Sales Back Office professionals to join our client's new UK office in the Stansted area. Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years of experience in a back office sales support role, where they can contribute to the seamless operation of sales processes and collaborate effectively with our global partners. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a growing team and support the continued success of a leading international business.

 

Skills and qualifications: 

Good written and spoken English skills

Minimum qualifications: GCSE in Maths and English (mandatory high school education in the UK)

A university degree would be desirable, but not essential for this role

Key support role within the sales team, assisting all Area Sales Managers

Responsible for handling orders, ensuring accurate pricing, timing, and other details

Minimum 1–2 years of experience in sales support or back-office roles

Logistics planner SAP

Location: Essex, UK.

We are working with our client partner who are a leading European manufacturer . Our client is expanding their operations and opening a new office in the Essex area, and they are looking for dedicated and skilled staff to join their growing team.

 

Key responsibilities: 
 

Monitoring and maintenance of SAP deliveries automatic creation process

- Ensuring right priorities assignment for customers shipments

- Supervising quality of outbound shipping service

- Managing relationships with Customs and Carriers

- Collecting logistic issues from market claims and collaborating with Warehousing team and/or ICT technicians for solutions

- Always operate according to Group culture, values, rules and procedures

Skills and qualifications: 
 

Qualifications: University degree pertaining to trade / import-export / international commerce

Experience: 2 years’ experience on outbound shipping activities

 

•⁠  ⁠ability in analysing internal process flows is needed.

•⁠  ⁠Reporting skills are recommended, 

•⁠  ⁠Previous experience in planning depts is preferred, 

Knowledge: 

•⁠  ⁠Capability in dealing with Front Office, Procurement Planners and especially Customers is needed.

•⁠  ⁠Knowledge of SAP is required.

•⁠  ⁠Knowledge of most important IT tools (especially excel) is needed.

•⁠  ⁠A solid knowledge of Customs processes, import/export activities, Shipping procedures, international logistics is required

•⁠  ⁠Capability in dealing with complexity in a multinational environment is needed

•⁠  ⁠Capability to promote team-working and collaboration among the different functions both at local and Group level is highly recommended

•⁠  ⁠An attitude to measure performances by KPIs is highly recommended

•⁠  ⁠An “hands-on” approach together with a high commitment in respecting working deadlines are highly appreciated

•⁠  ⁠A good understanding of main company processes is appreciated

•⁠  ⁠Business judgment and curiosity are required 

•⁠  ⁠Good communication skills with all levels of the organisation are required.
